Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Upto 1 day (24 hours) prior to the booking: Full Refund.
  • Within 24 hours of the booking appointment: 90% of the amount charged shall be refunded.

GST charges (government charges) levied at the time of booking, are non-refundable.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our cabs and drivers are exclusively engaged to provide comfortable & bespoke services to customers at the place of their choice and the vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for these duties which typically go into multiple days.
